The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Dr. Brown wrote an evaluation on my son in Aug of 2010 and told me he was going to send me a copy and until this day March 2011 I can't seem to get a copy nor my son's primary doctor . They have no record of his notes. I am very upset. I keep calling the office and they told me ok the record is here come pick it up still nothing. They mailed me an old record of "04" when he first visit his off at age 4.
