I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
