Paid for a service in full and was not provided with the services paid for. Upon arrival for (requested by the doctor - for follow up visit) to handle additional services (already paid for) the doctor refused to see me unless I agreed to bill my insurance for services that I did not need. The cops were called by their staff to remove me when the doctor refused to come out and address my questions or give a refund for services not rendered. Paid for labwork $230.00 that was never done. I was very surprised that the doctor didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, the doctor just ignored all of my questions. The doctor completely ignored me. The office staff seemed to understand my concerns and tried to address them with the doctor for me. She refused to give, refused to speak with me, refused to give me my money back, and called the police. The girls in the front were very apologetic as they stated "they were sorry that they were forced to be the bad guys". In fact when the police showed up one office girl was still checking on something and had asked me to wait. Was the most demeaning experience ever. I would NEVER recommend this doctor.
