Last year, I had something happen, and fiance insisted I see a doctor about it. After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, he asked if I could be pregnant, which was not a possiblity. I got the "yeah right" look when I said there was no way. Ran blood tests, and I can say the one guy that works there who takes blood, is the best ever. He made me very comfortable about it and I can honestly say I didn't even know it was happening he was that gentle with a needle. Had to come back in two weeks for results... waited TWO hours to hear "everything is normal"... why the heck couldn't that be told over the phone instead of wasting MY time and wasting $40 for a copay.. ridiculous. And as for the rest of my family, when someone keeps calling and getting an answering machine over a week and no call back, I'm just glad it's not me having that happen because I would not be so patient. Patient's time is just as important as a doctors time. I am highly unsatisfied with this place. I've had a "lost appointment" once as well.. why I went back? I do not know. I guess because of the ease of location and thefact everyone else within a 50 mile radius was booked for months or wasn't taking on new patients at the time. This place frustrates me and I just wanted to add my review. That is all.

The Doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His staff however, was a complete disappointment. My 10AM morning appointment was called and confirmed by his staff the day before. I arrived, waited over an hour, and was called to the desk and asked why I was there! They had "lost" my appointment over night and I was asked to come back at 5:30 and they would try to work me in. Dr. Parrish I give high marks to, his office staff is substandard.
