I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

No, there was no annoying music
