New to the Greenville area, we brought our three children to Children's Medical Center. Over the past year we have had numerous problems with this practice: medical prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy (after repeated attempts); being told at 4:00pm to just go to the Emergency Room as their office closes at 4:30; repeat visits due to poor diagnosis.

Finally, when you need to leave this practice, they refuse the courtesy of sending your files to your new physician unless you pay a $15 fee per child.

Avoid this practice at all costs!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful but usually appointment time is not kept. Wait is usually more than an hour
