I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
