I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
