Awesome doctor

Dr. P. was our go-to family physician since the early'90's. I trusted his judgment and appreciated his personal manner -- and went to him even though he did not take my insurance. Then abruptly and unexpectedly he closed his office. I received a short, impersonal form letter without any kind of referral to another MD. He had just ordered blood work, which I had done -- but now I had to find another doctor I did not know to read and analyze the results. That kind of treatment is, to say the least, unprofessional.
