The staff is incredibly rude, even the pharmacists in town express their frustration at having to deal with this office. Insurance billing is done incorrectly and then patients are billed for amounts they do not owe. When confronted with these issues the doctor has threatened patients and even left the building while patient is waiting for a resolution.
