It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
