I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. For the past 16 yrs I've traveled from Georgia to Maryland just to see Dr. Notorangelo. He's the best
