By far the worst experience. I have a mentally challenged adult child who recently experienced a seizure. This doctor was recommended by my son's psychiatrist. Getting an appt was not a problem, getting it rescheduled was horrific. When we finally got an appt, he was rude, so was his staff. Said we needed to schedule an MRI, EEG and get bloodwork. He upped my son's dosage for anti-seizure meds but never filled out the prescription properly so the pharmacist had to contact him. This took a freakin week. Any messages left were never responded to, to this date my son had his EEG but no response back as to the results and it has been a month and still no MRI scheduled. My husband and I have called repeatedly and no response. I called his psychiatrist, Dr. Niku Singh, best darn psychiatrist ever and he texted the doctor and he didn't even repsond to him. This guy is an idiot! People in healtcare that have attitudes towards patients who are in distress, should quit the practice and get a job picking up trash!

I have seen Dr Peters and both of my children. Lately things in his office have gotten extremely bad. Wait time to see him is about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour after appointment time. Obviously ovder booking appointments. The worst experience was with my daughter who was on medication that was not working after she went back to school. She called to talk to doctor and have medication changed and no call came back. She proceeded to try to call for the next 6 months leaving message after message and was ignored by doctor or staff. She had to go off medication cold because she could not get anyone to respond and it sent her into a two day depression. She then had signicant problems with the health problem because she was not being treated at all. I called as her mother and got the receptionist and she responded to my daughter, gave her her own personal line and doctors email. She then had medication changed without talking to her and it ended up being a drug she could not take due to heart rate. She called to have it changed and again no response from any line. This doctor and their staff completely ignore patients and will end up in a law suit soon. Do not go to him. My other daughters appointment was a week later and we went to get her presciption refilled. He prescribed the wrong amount and when we called they again did not respond......HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!!
