I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. When my child is sick, they usually can't get them in on the same day, but I know they work hard to get us in as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long.
