They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
