I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I took my mother to an appointment and it was her first appointment at this practice. I thought her records had been transferred from her previous Dr but upon arrival I discovered that they had not been. We had forgotten to take care of this. Even though they were short staffed that day, they were very patient with us since they had no previous record of my mother's eye condition. Everyone in the office were very patient and very helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
