They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never send my friends or family to Dr. Heeter. He is an arrogant JERK. I waited once for 5 days for my blood pressure prescription to be filled it came to a head when I passed out in my sons driveway after 3 calls to Amber his nurse, my wife called and talked to the staff in the front office and within 15 minutes Dr. Engle called in a script for me. If it would had not been for the girls in the front who knows when it would have gottten done. My experience here was truly horrifying. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.
