There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
