Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best and they ALWAYS over book. At the worst i was sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours before being moved to an exam room where i waited for another hour and a half before finally being seen. At the best im only in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time and another half hour to 45 minutes in the exam room before im seen by the doctor. Also the staff is rather incompetent when it comes to billing and different insurances.
