I was impressed with how quickly my calls were answered. I was never put on hold for a long time and knew that if I have a quick question I wouldn't have to wait. They were very understanding with changing appointment times if necessary and were very helpful. I was referred to this office by my dermatologist and had no prior experience here, but felt that they were very competent. I sensed that Dr. Sadana is a very careful and exacting doctor and I was impressed with his ability and knowledge. In addition, the staff is very friendly and professional.
