Every time I come to see Dr. Sherman,the staff always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The receptionists are so thoughtful. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this doctor's office was the level of concern regarding my skin problems. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't think I have ever been put on hold on the phone here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Dr. Sherman is very sincere and knowledgeable. He is very smart. I had been to a few skin doctors in the past, but Dr. Sherman was the only one to diagnosis my problem right away. I recommend this office highly.
