I had a biopsy in May. Dr. Nayyar never called me even though the biopsy showed malignancy. I left messages every two weeks....no call back. Finally, after a month and a half, I had to go to an administrator who got the results of the biopsy for me so that I could go to a different doctor. To this day, Dr. Nayyar has never called me back.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
