this doctor is very rude and refuse to give me medication for spasms in my throat.that he himself said I have. his own words are that this is hard to prove. he practically called me a liar. so I guess I went for a cat scan and a barrium swallow just for the hell of it. wow. please do yourself a favor and go to any other ENT
Gerold Pflum is a worst doctor and healthcare provider I visited so far.

He is arrogant, rude to patients, do not have any listening skills, not interested in knowing the patient, their medical records, symptoms, and nothing. After waiting for a long time, gone on some serious symptoms, he totally ignored and spent 5 minutes. He is in for money making. This dude and this cirle is in money making business via referrals... I call it they run a scam. Neither I will visit him again nor I will suggest him to anyone. Please take my advice and stay away from him.
