I am extremely unhappy with the staff there. They are always overbooked, takes about 3 weeks to get an appt. I had very time sensitive material that just needed to be filled out by a Dr. I had to wait a week for an appt, which I did not need- I really only needed to speak to him on the phone briefly. I had to get bloodwork and then wait another 2 weeks for an appt which was scheduled wrong by his staff. They scheduled my EEG 2 days AFTER my appt with him. He asked me why I was there. I said your staff scheduled this. I canceled my EEG and I won't be going back. I will probably lose my license now over his completely incompetent staff. Too bad bc he is a good doctor.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Some of the staff is more often rude and seem to care more about themselves. The receptionist comes to the exam room with you and asks health questions and takes blood pressure so they seem too cheap to pay for a qualified medical person to do these things. They close down the phones every day for a long extended lunch period even though there are always at least 4 or 5 support people there who could be available to help their patients by phone if they had any interest in doing so. Sometimes the only time I can call them during the day is during MY lunch period at work so why can't they assign each person a portion of the lunch hour (LONGER) to answer the phones and help the patients who call? They REFUSE to ever call a doctor when he is out of the office no matter how severe your problem is or how badly you need you need to speak with your own doctor. The other doctors sometimes refuse to assist when one doctor is out of the office. They contact each other by email even thoug they are in the same office and they seem treat it as a referral when one of the doctors in the group helps out another. It really is ALL ABOUT THEM. They do not make it all about the PATIENT as it should be. These people in general have no idea thet they are servicing sick people who are there for their help. Your patients need help, have varying degrees of pain and discomfort, and count on you to make they feel better. Be nicer to them. It's not about you! Take better care of your patients. None of this refers to the qualityof their medical care which I cannot speak to for the group. But as a medical office these people are the worstthat I have ever seen. They are an embarrasment to the medical profession, and if a member of my family needed a neurologist I would head in the opposite direction and NEVER bring them here.
