Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
