It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
