I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. I am quite disappointed that the staff seem annoyed when I call with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. The office staff and doctors lack professionalism and compassion.
