They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I told someone who was looking for a good derm how great they were. I liked them right away because they heard my concerns and took them into account the first time I spoke to them. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
