My kids are patients of Dr. Masucci for more than 8 years. I should say they whole family loves the dr! Unfortunately, I can not say that about everyone on his staff, specially the new dr(who the name skips out of my mind now) and the girls at the front desk.
Dr. Masucci and his caring nurses are who hold us to his practice, even though I wish the front desk would go through some professionalism classes, and the new dr would have lots of lessons on bedside manners (she clearly scared me the first time I saw her, she seems like kids are the last thing on her mind, no patience at all with any of my kids). But my kids dr is Dr. Masucci, they love him and we are happy having him taking care of their health. Once he is not there anymore, I will for sure change practices.
