They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
