Always available, easy to get an appointment, never does anything that is not necessary. Readily refers whenever it is necessary. Extremely friendly staff. Have been one of his patients for over 10 years. I personally like the entire staff better than most of the staff of Bend Memorial Clinic.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
