They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff was so warm and respectful. They made an extra effort to help me with anything I needed. I always know that I can count on them, even in an emergency. They always take my call right away, and make sure I get the help I need immediately. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I felt very fortunate to have been treated by Dr. Osario and his staff. I highly recommend them
