They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Drs. Rosenfeld and Lippmann spend the time with each patient that each patient needs, not just a scheduled amount of time. If they don't know the answer to a patient's question, they do their best to find the answer. They also help the patients defeat other health problems that may come up because of the medicine they take.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Some members of the staff were very cold and unfriendly. Particularly the receptionist, who at the time was training another person, but she had forgotten to give me back my license and my debit card for payment. The nurses were great and really made me feel welcome. The doctor was very nice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also asked me questions that I had not thought of on my own. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
A few complaints though:
1) It took forever to get in for an appointment, waited nearly two months just to be seen. In addition, I called and left two voicemail messages and waited FOUR DAYS before anyone at their office called me back. In fact, I had to call the help line at St. Lukes and complain before the receptionist even returned my call. When she did, she said that she was busy and that she just wanted to let me know that she got my message and would have to call me back in a few days to be able to get me scheduled for an appointment.
2) when in the office, I waited 45 minutes before they called me back. There were several people who had walked in after me and were called before me as well.
3) The receptionist is completely unorganized and awful. When I first scheduled the appointment, I had several questions for the doctor. I wanted to make sure that it wouldnt be a problem to see the doctor as I was in a car accident prior to my first and only seizure. Several other doctors had refused to see me due to this reason. I brought it up immediately and the receptionist said it would not be a problem. I had to call back several times to double check and finally two weeks before my appointment that I had waited two months for, the receptionist returned my call and said there was an issue and that the doctor didnt want to see me. Needless to say, I threw a fit and after playing phone tag for another week, the doctor agreed to see me under certain circumstances. I agreed because I wanted to be treated. I didnt want to wait any longer to see a doctor, but was very dissatisfied with the whole process. I dont know if they are just that busy, but I work with a doctors office and I dont see how you can just forget about returning a call from a patient or potential patient.
4) I was told the first appointment would take 3 hours. I had prepared to be there for a long time, but it took 6 & 1/2 hours before I was done seeing the doctor. I had an EEG scheduled first (waited 45 minutes before they were ready to do this). After the EEG, I had to wait 30 minutes to talk to a nurse. After talking to the nurse, I waited nearly another hour before I was able to talk to the doctor. Both the doctor and the nurses were very friendly.
5) The man who gave me the EEG was a little weird, not very friendly or talkative. He was also a little rough when putting the electrodes on my head and taking them off. They use a wet wash cloth to wipe the glue off your head and he was very rough when doing this. I'm not tender-headed at all, but he was not very gentle either.
6) In addition, it was hard to concentrate on clearing my mind during the EEG because all you could hear was the receptionists gossiping among themselves. When I had to take a sleep-deprived EEG, the guy who administered it had to very loudly yell "shhh!" just to get the receptionists to be quiet. This still didn't work because I could still hear them. They even had a sign up on the desk that stated "QUIET - TESTING IN PROGRESS." Guess the receptionists either don't know how to read or didnt care. Either way it was very frustrating because as a patient, it made it seem like they didn't care about me. I just hope that it didnt effect my testing.
7) I still have not heard back from the receptionist about the results of my tests, they said it would take a few days, its been over a week. Guess I will have to call them ten times before I get a response.

Overall, it was a good visit because the doctors and nurses were very nice. I can't say much about the office manager and other receptionists though. Doctor Rosenfeld is very knowledgable and nice. My experiences with him and his nursing staff made the visit worth all the troubles, well mostly anyway.
