They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Not friendly. All but one of my appts were changed by them, including day of surgery that was simply an extra 30 mins of me nervously sitting waiting for staff to arrive. Bedside manner is cool arrogance, beyond desirable confidence and certainly not approachable. NO post op instructions after surgery nor was there a call the next day. I didn't feel I was important. Results "fair"; I should have paid more attention to reviews , not to magazine ads... and would interview more than one Doctor in the future.
