They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
