They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
