They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I did attempt to make another appt. I was informed that someone would call me to set the appt... no call! Will not return! Trying Mayo!

I've moved recently to this area due to military obligations with my spouse and Dr. Olazar was the first doctor i've seem in Florida. From the first moment I've spoken to Dr. Olazar, she's spoken down to me. I've be diagnosed with fibromyalgia over six years ago and have seen only 2 rheumatologists for my condition. My first doctor said that my pain level is that of a stage 4 cancer patient. Dr. Olazar has refused to get medical information from my last rhematologist even though I've repeatedly asked her to contact him (I've even given her his contact information) but she refused to do so. As she put it, "There's no need to do that". I have other chronic conditons that my other doctor wanted to speak with her so they can work out a pain management regimen but she also refused to speak to him (I also provided Dr. Olazar with his contact info). Dr. Olazar put me on a medication called Savella that only made he sick and nauseated and was upset that I couldn't tolerate the medication and basically told me that there's nothing else she could do for me. I left there upset and sadden that Dr. Olazar has such little respect for me. I'm in my 30's and she made it seem that because i'm not an elderly patient she routinely sees, that I really don't have pain. Dr. Olazar wouldn't let me talk, she kept cutting me off and then dismissed me like I was a child. I am not a person that is seeking pain medication for kicks, I really wanted Dr. Olazar to help me with alternative medications for my fibromyalgia. I never wanted pain meds but since I'm younger that her usual patient, I was looked upon like a some pain med seeker. I'm extremely disappointed in her and her nasty manners towards me and will never go back to see her again. I will try to find a rhematologist that actually cares. Unfortunatly, Dr. Olazar is not that doctor.
