They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
