5 years of solid adherence to all requirements with past doctors and because of a test that showed a drug I cannot take because of liver enzymes being nearly toxic and a pharmacy report that listed my name but after research I discovered the address and birth dates were not mine, I was still blamed and cut off. And trying to charge me a lot of money I didn’t owe showed me his true interest. Be careful.

The office staff is very rude! I have never experienced such behavior coming from a "professional" and when asked to speak with the office manager, she stated "I am the manager" it's ridiculous when the only reason i was calling was to ask a question!
