It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. Dr. Kevin Freeman was the doctor that saw my child. He was very rude and didnt feel the need to discuss my childs health and needs with me at all. I was told to place his perscription with Sheer Vision and the glasses took 4 weeks to come in and broke within the first two weeks in the points where they had been over welded. They refused to replace the glasses and told me that the manufacturer was "none of my business". THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
