They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
