Iben Larssen, born in Denmark, has been traveling the world for over 20 years studying, integrating and teaching the diverse ways humans of different cultures approach relief and wellness.

Iben offers, amongst others, Cellular Memory Re-Programming (CMR©), Body Intelligence Code (BIC©), Reiki (The Usui System of Natural Healing, of which she is an accredited Master since 1993), Resonance Therapy and Polarity Work, as well Regeneration Therapy, and Chakra and Brain Balancing.

iBEn picked up her mother’s guitar at age 4. Recorded her first 8 track recording at age 12, and released her first record with the band Zwischenfall, on the pioneering industrial/electronic band FRONT 242’s label at age 17. Soon after she became a producer and sound-engineer creating remixes for well-known rock-bands such as Megadeth and Mindbomb.

In 1994 iBEn, together with Stephan Kraemer, created the Essentials project. Between its Worldly and Cosmic influences, Essentials carries trans-dimensional energies and lyrics from the heart and soul with multidimensional awareness. The Essentials Collection (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) is trance-ambient-dance music based on the conscious use of shareable healing frequencies that help synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain and can accelerate healing on all levels.
Working with the Sacred Harmonics, iBEn writes music that creates coherency on subtle levels within the context of totally hip and groovy music. By creating atmospheres and moods that help the listener to connect on a deeper as well as a multi-dimensionally (to the planet as well as the cosmos) level, the listener inherently knows that everything is connected and the music is one of the essential connectors. This produces vibes that make the listener feel better on all levels, whether listening intently or in the background while performing other daily tasks.
Many tracks have been played by popular DJs in clubs around the world. The entire Essentials Collection will soon be available everywhere music is sold including alternative outlets such as bookstores, gift stores, natural food, grocery and cafes.
