I am passionate about providing individualized, evidenced-based, conservative health care. By providing the best care possible, I help people and animals get healthy and feel better faster. I employ a combination of diversified chiropractic techniques, applied kinesiology procedures, functional movement screening, myofascial release, Graston therapy, and other soft tissue work, as well as kinesiology taping, cold laser therapy, nutrition consultations, and much much more.

Interests: I am also an IVCA (International Veterinary Chiropractic Association) certified chiropractor, allowing me to provide chiropractic treatments to any animal - especially dogs and horses - in order to relieve discomfort, ensure optimum performance, and improve overall well-being.
While studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic, I enjoyed being part of the medical team at events such as marathons, dance competitions, cycling and mountain biking events (Sea Otter Classic), and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk, and hope to remain involved in sporting events throughout my career.
