Ciprian has an over 15 years experience as a coach and mentor. His experience covers areas in personal growth, breakthrough sessions, and group dynamics using Gestalt Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Bioenergetics approaches.

Ciprian has been considered as one of the most talented coaches in Romania, and his contributions helped founded the Romanian Martial Arts Karate Federation in 1991.

In Atlanta Ciprian starts "The NLP Group of Atlanta" in 2010, and as a Director Designs programs and shares NLP techniques with local and international communities. At the institute he teaches seminars and workshops and includes the entire curriculum of the NLP techniques, including the Practitioner and Master Level.

Ciprian is certified by "The Society of NLP" as a master practitioner, and as a gestalt practitioner by "The Gestalt Institute of Atlanta". He continues to practice Gestalt through one-on-one sessions and group sessions.

Ciprian contributed in the areas of personal and professional development establishing the Atlanta NLP Practice Group. Here NLP graduates, Gestalt practitioners, and New Comers meet monthly for provocative change practice.

In Atlanta and Romania, Ciprian participates in sharing NLP presentations with groups in the context of business, sales, and individual growth. In the areas of business Ciprian developed two programs: Powerful Intended Communication - where employees learn how to develop powerful interpersonal skills and the second program is Close Your Sale Coaching (a NLP modeling program) where sales people learn how to model - identity, beliefs, values, and behavior patterns.

Ciprian is also a member of the International Association of Coaches, Therapist, and Mentors (IACTM).
