Dr. Payne is a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the Kansas Chiropractic Association where he was the president of the KC Metro district from 2005-2008 and is now continuing to serve his profession as the Sec./Tres of the KCA. In October of 2009 he received the 2009 Young Doctor of the Year award for his leadership and professionalism.
