Many problems look the same on the surface, but can only be resolved effectively by taking individual differences into account. At your first session, I will evaluate your history and your current needs. From there, the therapeutic work begins. I integrate into my work cognitive behavioral therapy, insight-based therapies, existential theory, as well as other approaches.
