Jessica Eddy

JessicaEddy is an experienced occupational therapist, yoga instructor, and massage therapist. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in Occupational Therapy and has worked in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, school systems and home care. After completing her studies at Focal Point Yoga, Jessica moved to the Caribbean where she taught yoga at Zen Retreat. She has taught healthcare workers how to integrate yoga & rehabilitation at several academic & professional conferences. Jessica studied massage therapy at SpaTech and finds massage to be a perfect way to blend her interests in health, medicine & wellness. Jessica is a world traveller, master scuba diver and nature lover. She has made Rockport her home since 2004, enjoys living by the ocean and sharing wellness with others in her healing practices.
