Amy Boltz Regina

Amy Boltz Regina is a Registered Dietitian working in Bergen County, NJ. Amy also holds a Personal Training Certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Currently, she runs a nutrition program at the Hartzband Center, which is a prestigious orthopedic practice with offices located in Paramus and Englewood, New Jersey. In this position, she provides individual nutrition counseling to help clients to achieve their unique nutrition goals whether it be weight management, sports nutrition, disease management or just to improving overall quality of life.

In addition to providing individual nutrition counseling, Amy frequently presents on various nutrition topics throughout the community. She has also spoken at events like the Philadelphia Marathon, and often works with high-school and collegiate sports teams to help athletes maximize their performance on the field.
