Wellness

MarkPrice

Varying movement; engaging smooth, cardio, and skeletal muscle groups; and changing the mindset of regular training have key benefits to overall stamina, balance, centering, and purpose to fitness training.

As a yoga instructor and independent trainer, I am very excited to collaborate and offer yoga for individuals and group instruction. Adding yoga instruction to personal training can improve overall performance, balance, concentration and breath.

Personal training and yoga as supported, cross training increase your physical condition in strength and flexibility; promote centering and balance; and expand breath in aerobic movements and focused breath work while developing a greater level of awareness and stamina. By engaging the whole body and changing physical movements help reduce the risk of overuse injury and into actions that support training performance and wellness.

It is so inspiring to continue my education and working experience with offering yoga instruction as a potential physical and well being development for change. For the individual and group to discover greater physical movement and moving beyond the fear of I can’t -to I can, are truly a rewarding sharing experience. Specifically, guiding and instructing students using the physical foundation of breath to invigorate and cleanse; and movement and concentration to focus on body and mind connection in the present.
