I offer a personalized and comprehensive natural approach to your healthcare needs. I was trained at Bastyr University as a family practice provider with an expertise in natural medicine. My practice has a special focus on Lyme Disease and also emphasizes family health care including healthy nutrition for families, improving immunity in young children, individualized detoxification/cleansing protocols, optimizing gastrointestinal health, and education and counseling on a variety of women's health issues including a whole woman approach to menopause. I use botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, and lifestyle modification in my practice.
